On 07/07/09 at approximately 2:30 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested John J. Pisano, age 22, of 2815A Miller Road, Waterloo, NY 13165 for Violating the Conditions of a Sentence. Pisano is accused of violating a conditional discharge given by the Seneca Falls Town Court on the original charge of obstructing governmental administration 2nd. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before Judge Mahoney and was ROR’d. Pisano was also arrested on charges of Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree. The arrest stems from a police investigation after Pisano was arrested in the early morning hours of 06/26/09 following a routine traffic stop for Felony DWI, Felony DWAI-drugs, Felony AUO 1st, reckless driving, and several other traffic violations. Police later received a report from a village resident who stated that the vehicle operated by Pisano on the night of the arrest was stolen from the village resident. Pisano is accused of taking the vehicle without the owner’s consent. He was arraigned on these charges in Seneca Falls Town Court before Judge Mahoney and ROR’d. Pisano has to re-appear to answer all the charges on 07/22/09 at 9:00 a.m.
