On June 21st, 2008 at approx. 12:26 AM Seneca Falls Police arrested Connie M. Gardner, age 28 from 13 Miller Street Seneca Falls, NY for the violation of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. On the above date at approx. 12:16 AM Seneca Falls Police were dispatched to 24 1/2 Clinton Street for a report of loud music. Upon further investigation at that residence Gardner was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a marijuana pipe. Gardner was issued an appearance ticket on scene to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court in front of judge Mahoney on June 25th, 2009 at 10:00 AM.
