On 06/10/09 at approx. 8:39 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Richard M. Thurston, age 41, of 1245 State Route 414, Fayette, NY 13065 for AUO 3rd following a routine traffic stop. He was released on a traffic ticket to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 06/25/09 at 10:00 a.m. He was also ticketed for not wearing his seatbelt.On 06/10/09 at approx. 11:40 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nicholas J. Blevins, age 26, of 7D Stanton Meadows, Seneca Falls, NY for Violation of Condition of Sentence. Blevins is accused of not paying fines or completing community service as part of his sentencing out of Seneca Falls Town Court on the original charge of Aggravated DWI. He was arraigned before Judge Marsh in Waterloo Town Court and ROR’d. Blevins has to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 06/11/09 at 10:00 to answer the charge.
