The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of David A. Knorr of 7 Crane St. Apt. 202 Clifton Springs, NY 14432 for Harassment in the second degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from an incident where it is alleged that Knorr became involved in a physical confrontation and a verbal argument with a sixteen-year old male. Knorr was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court where he was released on his own recognizance. A Class A Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the sixteen-year old.
