Seneca Falls Police Beat 6/7/09 – FingerLakes1.com Archive

On June 6, 2009 at approximately 11:21 p.m. Seneca Falls Police arrested a 16 year old female at 205 Fall Street, in the Nice n Easy parking lot while on a traffic stop. The female was arrested for unlawful possession of alcohol under the age of 21 and also issued a ticket for consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officers found an open bottle of alcohol inside the vehicle while conducting the stop. The female is to appear in the Seneca Falls town court at a later date.On June 7, 2009 at approximately 1:44 a.m. Seneca Falls Police arrested Nicholas D. Fisher age 21, of 29 Green Street, Seneca Falls. Fisher was arrested on a Bench Warrant out of the Seneca Falls Town Court for Failure to Appear. The original charge being unlawful possession of alcohol under 21. Fisher was arraigned in front of Judge Marsh in the Town of Waterloo Court. Fisher was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $250 cash or $500 bond. Fisher is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on June 10, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.
