On May 30, 2009 @ 2:57 PM, Seneca Falls Village Police arrested the following subjects for harassment in the second degree.William P. McDermott, age 38, of 8 Seneca Place Seneca Falls, NY 13148 – released on an appearance ticket to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on June 11, 2009 @ 10:00 hours to answer the charge.Jennifer Luffman, age 23, of 2828 Martin Road Seneca Falls, NY 13148 – arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court by the Honorable Joyce Mahoney where a stay away order of protection was issued. She was released to re-appear on June 24, 2009 @ 10:00 hours.The charges stem from a reported fight involving numerous subjects in the Nice and Easy parking lot at 205 Fall Street in the Village of Seneca Falls. McDermott is accused of shoving an unidentified female to the ground during a verbal dispute. Luffman is accused of punching an unidentified female several times.Village police were assisted at the scene by The New York State Police and the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
