The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Patricia A. Artley, age 42, of 21 Center Street, Geneva, NY on Thursday May 21st, 2009 at about 6:50pm. Artley was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an investigation that alleges she allowed a 13 year old male to ride on the outside of a pick up truck standing on the running boards while the vehicle was in motion. Artley was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 4th, 2009 at 10:00am to answer the charge.
