Ruth Towers piano concert at SF Library

On Sunday, June 7, 2009 at 4 P.M., Ruth Towers will give a piano concert at the Seneca Falls Library, 47 Cayuga Street, entitled “Let Chopin Sing!” Ruth will be playing her favorite selections from Chopin’s repertory – she will open with two waltzes, follow with Chopin’s Nocturnes and end with —Fantasy Impromptu Op. 66.Ruth has had her recitals recorded, from Kilbourn Hall at the Eastman School of Music, from Performance Hall at the Hochstein School of Music, as well as at Ithaca College. Most recently, she has been recorded at her home. Much of Ruth’s piano work can be heard on her website, www.ruthtowers.com.The concert is free and open to the public.
