Finger Lakes East JSEC (Job Service Employer Committee) announces a breakfast seminar to discuss “New and Revised Employment Laws” on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Inn on the Lake, 770 South Main Street, Canandaigua, NY.Susan Schultz Laluk – Partner – Boylan, Brown, Code, Vigdor & Wilson, LLP will discuss the following:NYS WARN ACT, Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, ADA Amendments, FMLA Military Leave and FMLA revised regulations, Economic Stimulus Bill – COBRA revisions, and I-9’s. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers.All area businesses are invited and encouraged to use this as a training opportunity for staff. Registration is $25.00 per person at the door.
