On 05/13/09 at approx. 10:53 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Thomas E. Davis, Sr., age 58, of 26 Chapin Street, Lot 34, Seneca Falls, NY on 4 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 2 Counts of Harassment in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Trespass 2nd. The arrest is from 2 separate incidents that were reported to police. One report states that Davis allegedly entered the home of a village resident and engaged in a physical altercation with the resident while in the presence of 2 children. The other report states that Davis engaged in a separate physical altercation with another village resident while in the presence of 2 children. He was arraigned before Judge Mahoney in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $1000/$2000 Bond separately for each incident and has to re-appear to answer all the charges on 06/24/09 at 9:00 a.m.
