5/4/09 – 1545hrs RONALD L. SEEBER, age 72, 371 E. Main St Apt 205, Waterloo, NY for Driving While Intoxicated following an accident on 4/28/09 @ 1420 hrs at East Main Street Apartments Parking Lot. SEEBER is alleged to have driven over a barrier and struck the building, sustaining minor injuries from the accident. He was hospitalized at Geneva General Hospital and has since been released. He is to appear in Waterloo Village Court on 5/27/09 @ 0900 hrs.5/4/09 – 1945hrsSAMUEL J. ECKERT, age 20, 61 State St, Seneca Falls for AUO 3rd, UPM and No Seat Belt following a traffic stop on Swift St. He was remanded to SCCF on $1000 / $3000 bail. Passengers KEVIN M. ERB, age 22, and JOSHUA A. ROTUNDA, age 27, were both issued appearance tickets for UPM as well.
