On April 27, 2009 at 11:12 PM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Jason T. Roberts, age 20 of 22 Lomar Drive, Geneva, NY for DWI, .08% BAC or more, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of alcohol under 21 years old, speeding and inadequate muffler following a traffic stop on East Main Street in the Village of Waterloo. Mr. Lomar was released on appearance tickets and is to reappear in Waterloo Village Court on May 6, 2009.
