On April 23, 2009 at 10:25 PM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Robert M. Gaskin, age 19, of 1 Oak Street, Apt. 4, Seneca Falls, NY, on a warrant for Attempted Assault 3rd degree, Criminal Mischief 4th degree, Harassment 2nd degree and Disorderly Conduct. On April 20, 2009, Mr. Gaskin allegedly attacked a 20-year-old Waterloo Resident on East Main Street in the village of Waterloo, by punching and kicking him several times breaking his glasses and injuring the victim. Mr. Gaskin was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 bail bond. Mr. Gaskin is due back in Village Court on June 3, 2009. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
