On 04-20-09 at approx. 11:44 AM Seneca Falls Police arrested Steven M. Webb, age 27 from 25 Peterman Road Apt. H-2 Seneca Falls, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the third degree and Failing to change address with the Department of Motor Vehicles. On the same date Seneca Falls Police responded to an apartment on Miller Street where Webb used to reside. While speaking to Webb at this address Seneca Falls Police noticed that Webb was the only person there with his vehicle parked outside. Police had prior knowledge about Webb’s suspended license and advised Webb that his drivers license was still suspended in New York out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court. Webb stated to Officers that a friend had brought him to the residence and was taking them back home when he was done. A short time after Police cleared from the Miller Street complaint Webb was observed by Police driving his vehicle on Walnut Street. Webb was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets for the above charges and advised to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on April 23rd, 2009 at 10:00 AM.
