The deadline is drawing near for $1,000 healthcare scholarships being offered by the Schuyler Hospital Auxiliary.Three $1,000 scholarships are available to students who plan to enter the health care field. Scholarships are available to graduating high school students who are residents of Schuyler County, or hospital employees wishing to further their education in the health care field. Applications may be picked up at high school guidance offices, the Hospital’s Human Resources office or website at www.schuylerhospital.org.Application deadline is May 15, 2009.For more information, contact Schuyler Hospital Auxiliary members Nancy Herzig at (607) 535-1841 or Joan Argetsinger at (607) 535-6622.
