On April 7, 2009 at approximately 8:01p.m. the Seneca Falls Police arrested Jonathan Kopetchny, age 33, of 6 Hawley Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Kopetchny was arrested for Menacing 2nd, when police were dispatched to 27 Cayuga Street, the Drop in Center. It was alleged that Kopetchny was waiving a razor around the room in the direction of other members and staff during a counseling session. Kopetchny was arraigned in front of Judge Laird at the Town of Junius Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional facility in lieu of $2,500.00 bail. Kopetchny’s next court date is April 16, 2009 at 10:00 at the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney.On April 8, 2009 at 6:10a.m. the Seneca Falls Police arrested Jaymee Gage-Flock, age 24. Gage-Flock was arrested for Trespass and CPCS 7th. Police were called to a residence in the Village of Seneca Falls where it was alleged that Gage-Flock was on their property with no permission of the home owner. After being searched by police, authorities found Gage-Flock to be in possession of numerous pills which were found to be controlled substances. Gage-Flock was arraigned in front of Judge Laird at the Town of Junius Court where she was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000.00 bail. Gage-Flock has to re-appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 16,2009 at 10:00a.m.On April 11, 2009 at 5:24p.m the Seneca Falls Police arrested Larry Barlow II, age 23, of 26 Chapin Street Lot# 48 Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Barlow was stopped by police after receiving a compliant of Barlow’s reckless driving. Barlow was issued UTT’s for DWI, AUO 3rd and Reckless Driving. Barlow has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney on April 23, 2009 at 10:00a.m to answer his charges.
