State Police, Waterloo, NY, report the arrest of an individual following an investigation into a report of a Marihuana Grow Operation. On 04/04/09, Michael M. Broderick, Age 27, of 561 Morgan Dr. Lewiston, NY was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Possession of Marihuana 2nd (D Felony). Broderick rented a house in the Town of Sempronius, and used this house to grow approximately 16 lbs. of marihuana. Broderick was arraigned in the Town of Aurelius Court and released on recognizance. Broderick is to reappear in the Town of Aurelius Court on 04/14/09.
