On 03/24/09 at approximately 11:30 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Cedric A. Roseboro, age 49, of 65 Chesterfield Lane, New Castle, Deleware 19720 for AUO 2nd following a routine traffic stop for speeding. Roseboro is accused of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration due to insurance lapse while having a revoked license. He was issued traffic tickets for speeding, AUO 2nd, being an unlicensed operator, and for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. He was arraigned before Judge Mahoney in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $5000 Cash/$10, 000 Bond. He is to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 04/22/09 at 9:00 a.m.On 03/24/09 at approximately 11:32 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brandon S. Stone, age 21, of 2815 Miller Road, Waterloo, NY 13165 for Failure to Appear on an Appearance Ticket. Stone failed to appear on a scheduled court appearance ticket for the original charges of Unauthorized Vehicle Lights and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was arraigned before Judge Mahoney in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $250 Cash/$500 Bond. He is to re-appear on 03/25/09 at 9:00 a.m.
