DWI arrest in Fall Street in SF Wednesday

On March 18, 2009 at approximately 8:50p.m the Seneca Falls Police arrested Nicolas J. Blevins, age 25, of 7D Stanton Medows Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Blevins was stopped on Fall Street in the Village of Seneca Falls for operating his motor vehicle without headlights. At the end of the investigation Blevins was then taken into custody for a DWI where he blew a BAC of 0.21%. Blevins was then issued three UTT’s for driving without headlights, DWI and Aggravated DWI. Blevins was then arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney. Blevins was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500.00 bail. Blevins next court date is March 19, 2009 at 10:00a.m.
