Waterloo Police arrested Nicholas S. Wilcox, age 27, of 17 Clark St, Waterloo following a hit-and-run accident on 3/10/09 around 9:00 PM on Huff St in Waterloo. He was charged with Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident and Criminal Mischief 4th degree. Wilcox is alleged to have gotten into an argument with a Village resident on Huff St and then took his vehicle and drove it into the rear of the other persons car and then left the scene. He was issued tickets and is to appear in Village of Waterloo Court on 3/25/09 @ 0900hrs.
