On 03-05-09 at approx 1050hrs SFPD arrested Thomas E Davis Jr age 42 of 63 East Drive in Auburn, NY on an Arrest Warrant for Harassment 2nd. Davis is accused of striking another male with a trash tote during a disagreement on Rumsey St in the Village of Seneca Falls. Davis was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and released to reappear on 03-11-09 at 0900hrs.
