Seneca Falls Village Police Beat for 2/27/09

On February 26, 2009 at approximately 7:32 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police arrested Martin T. Mccutcheon, age 42, of 60 East Water Street Waterloo, NY 13165. Mccutcheon was arrested for Assault 3rd which stems from a continuous investigation that took place on December 6, 2008 at 26 Chapin Street Lot#48 in the Village of Seneca Falls. It is alledge that Mccutcheon entered the residence and got into a physical altercation with a male subject causing a fracture to the victim’s nose. The victim was then transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance for treatment. Mccutcheon was released on an Appearance Ticket and has to appear in front of Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on March 12, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.On February 27, 2009 at approximately 12:32 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police arrested Michael R. Guido, age 25, of 5909 East Lake Road Auburn, NY 13021. Guido was stopped by police on Auburn Road for a traffic infraction. After the complete investigation police issued Guido three UTT’s for Failed to Keep Right, DWI and Aggravated DWI. Guido was also issued an Appearance Ticket for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Guido was ROR’d and has to appear in front of Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on March 5, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. The back seat passenger in Guido’s vehicle, Seth M Greathouse, age 27, of 33 Pine Street Port Byron, NY 13140 was also issued a UTT for Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle.
