Seneca Falls Village Police Beat for 2/25/09

On 02/24/09 at 7:56 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police arrested Frank B. Turo IV, age 22, of 45 Bridge Street, Seneca Falls, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree. Turo was arrested following a routine traffic stop by village police. Upon checking with DMV, police discovered that Turo was operating a motor vehicle while having a suspension on his license. He was released on a traffic ticket to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 03/12/09 at 10:00 a.m. Turo was also charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and for operating a motor vehicle as an unlicensed driver. Turo was released on traffic tickets.On 02/25/09 at 2:12 a.m., the Seneca Falls Police arrested Mikeal B. Wood, age 27, 17 James Street, Auburn, NY 13021 for Operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration. Wood was arrested following a routine traffic stop. Upon checking with DMV, police discovered that Wood was operating a motor vehicle that had a suspended registration. He was released on a traffic ticket and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 03/12/09 at 10:00 a.m. Wood was also charged with failure to use signal and released on a traffic ticket.
