Seneca Falls Police arrested Michael J. Van Duyne, age 38, of Geneva Street, Interlaken, NY on Tuesday February 24th, 2009 at about 1pm. Van Duyne was arrested on a Bench Warrant for DWI and AUO 3rd that had occurred in August of 2008. Van Duyne was arraigned Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the Seneca CO Corr Facility in lieu of $2500 cash or $5000 bond and is to reappear in Town Court on March 11th, 2009.
