On February 22, 2009 at approximately 9:41p.m. Seneca Falls Police arrested Devilin C. Stymus, age 20, of 835 Marsh Road Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Stymus was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and three counts of Harassment 2nd. After the investigation police learned that Stymus alledgely got into a physical altercation with an 18 year old female, a 20 year old male, and a fifteen year old male in the parking lot of Mobil Express on Auburn Road in the Village of Seneca Falls. Stymus was arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was ROR. Stymas has to re-appear in front of Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on March 11, 2009 at 9:00a.m. Orders of Protections were issued to all victims.Also while conducting the investigation of this incident Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christopher C. Nageldinger, age 21, of 2890 Noble Road Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Nageldinger was arrested for Harassment 2nd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. It was learned that Nageldinger as well as Stymus alledgely got into a physical altercation with a fifteen year old male while being in the parking lot of the Mobile Express on Auburn Road in the Village of Seneca Falls. Nageldinger was arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney at the town of Seneca Falls Court where he was ROR’d. Nageldinger has to re-appear in court on March 11, 2009 at 9:00a.m. A class A Order of Protection was also issued to keep away Nageldinger from the fifteen year old male.
