On 02-21-09 at approx. 2:47 AM Seneca Falls Police arrested Michael T. Joyce, age 33 from 3140 Ken Mor Drive Seneca Falls, NY for Failure to keep right; Felony Driving While Intoxicated; and Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated for having a blood alcohol greater than .18 %. Joyce was stopped on East Bayard Street near Stevenson Street in the Village of Seneca Falls. Joyce has a previous DWI conviction on December 2006 out of the Village of Waterloo. Joyce was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney and was committed to the S.C.C.F. on $1,000.00 cash or $2,000.00 Ins. Bond. Joyce is scheduled to appear for a Felony Hearing in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 25th, 2009 at 3:30 PM. On 02-20-09 at approx. 6:52 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested Leonard P. Perdicho, age 47 from 31 Shamrock Ave Seneca Falls, NY for Driving While Intoxicated and Refusing to submit to a chemical test to determine his blood alcohol. On this date at approx. 6:36 PM Seneca Falls Police received a complaint from the Seneca County 911 Center of a dark colored vehicle traveling into the Village of Seneca Falls on River Road. Seneca Falls Police located the suspect vehicle traveling southbound on Bridge Street. Seneca falls Police stopped the vehicle in front of 94 Bridge Street where Perdicho was later placed into custody for the above charges. Perdicho was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney and committed to the S.C.C.F. on $2,000.00 cash or $4,000.00 Ins. Bond. Perdicho drivers license was revoked during the arraignment due to the refusal of the breath test. Perdicho is scheduled to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 25th, 2009 at9:00 AM.
