Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Anthony M DeMillo age 47 of 2194 Yellow Taven Road in Fayette on the charge of Scheme to Defraud in the first degree a class E Felony. Deputies allege that in December of 2008 DeMillo sold several fraudulent 50/50 raffle tickets, to businesses and residents in the Village of Waterloo and the Town and Village of Seneca Falls. The fraudulent tickets were made to represent a 50/50 raffle for the diabetes foundation. DeMillo was issued an apperance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls court on March 12, 2009.Any one who bought a ticket or was asked to buy a ticket is asked to contact Investigator Mike Rhinehart at 315-220-3442, or by email at mrhinehart@co.seneca.ny.us.
