The Waterloo Police Department arrested Nicole J. Macomber, age 24 of 1304 Marshall Road, Waterloo, NY on the charges of DWI, and BAC .08% or more. The charges stem from a motor vehicle accident which occurred on Virginia Street in at 3 South Virginia Street. Macombers vehicle struck a parked vehicle on the East side of South Virginia Street causing extensive damage to both vehicles. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. There were no injuries. Macomber was issued summons to appear on March 4,2009 at 9:00A.M. in the Waterloo Village court to answer the charges.
