On February 3,2009 at approx 7:00 pm Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Eric. W. Hall age 23, of 130 E. Elizabeth Street Waterloo NY 13165. Hall was arrested on an arrest warrant issued out of SF Town Cout for Criminal Impersonation in the second degree and Forgery in the second degree. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on December 19,2008 when Hall had given a Police Officer a false name and date of birth at a road side traffic stop that resulted in his arrest. Hall was also arrested on a Bench Warrant issued out of SF Town Court for failure to appear for a court date. Hall was committed to SCCF in lieu of $22,500.00 cash bail / $ 45,000.00, and is to appear on February 6,2009 at 10:00 a.m.
