On February 1, 2009 at at 5:03 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police arrested Whitney L. Bowman, age 18, of 3024 E. Bayard Street Ext., Seneca Falls, NY for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Bowman is accused of possessing a small quantity of marijuana while in the Mynderse Acadaemy Student Parking Lot. During the course of their investigation, police also discovered that a 16-year-old, whose name is not being released due to her age, was also in possession of drug paraphernalia and arrested her. Both Bowman and the 16-year-old were released on appearance tickets and have to appear before Judge Mahoney on 02/19/09 at 10:00 in Seneca Falls Town Court.
