On January 30, 2009, at approximately 8:10 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police arrested Michael J. Cornish, age 20, of 5854 Route 96, Apt. 232 C, Romulus, NY 14541 for Harssment in the 2nd Degree. The charge stems from a domestic dispute that occurred on the evening of 01/19/09, where Cornish is accused of pushing a village resident. He was arraigned before Judge Mahoney in Seneca Falls Town Court and released on his own recognizance. Judge Mahoney also issued a Stay-Away Order of Protection between Cornish and the village resident.Cornish is due back in court on 02/11/09 at 10:00 a.m.
