On January 30, 2009 Seneca Falls Police arrest Donald L. Scharett Jr, age 23, of 129 Saltonstell Street, Canandaigua NY 14424. Scharett was charged with Burgalry 3rd and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th. The charges stem from an incident at the Seneca Connection Center, located at 27 Cayuga Street. Scharett is accused of breaking into the business and stealing over $200 in U.S. currency. Scharett was arrigned in the Town of Seneca falls Town Court and was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond ins. Scharett is scheduled to reappear back in SF Twn Crt on 02/04/09 at 1:30 pm.
