On January 25, 2009 Seneca Falls Police arrested Michael Lischak, age 17, of 3150 Bradley Ave, Seneca Falls. Lischak was charged with Harassment in the second degree. The charge stems from an incident that occurred at the Mynderse High School where Lischak had pushed a fifteen year old female during an altercation. Lischak was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and was ROR’d. Lischak is scheduled to reappear on February 8, 2009 at 9 am.
