On Monday, January 26, 2009 at 7:45 PM, the Waterloo Village Police arrested a 16 year old Waterloo youth for Criminal Mischief 4th degree following a domestic dispute at his house. The youth allegedly got into an argument with his mother and damaged the walls in the house. The youth was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was committed to the Seneca County Jail on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 bail bond. The youth is scheduled to return back to Village Court on March 3.
