On January 23, 2009 Seneca Falls Police arrested James R. Vanzile, age 25, homeless. Vanzile was charged with Burglary in the 2nd degree, Grand Larceny 4th degree, and Criminal contempt 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took place at 25 Peterman Rd on December 22, 2008. Vanzile is accused of breaking into an apartment and taking a LCD Television.Vanzile was located at an E. Bayard St residence, in which there was an active order of protection for him to stay away from that residence. Vanzile was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility with no bail. Vanzile is schedule to return to court 1/29/09 at 1:30pm.
