On January 18, 2009 at approximately 7:20p.m., the Seneca Falls Police responded to the intersection of Water Street and Bridge Street for a report of a personal injury motor vehicle accident. Officers and Seneca Falls Fire Rescue were on scene and reported that a vehicle driven by Mary A. Howe, age 33, of 46 Center Street, Seneca Falls, NY was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Susan H. Allen, age 61, of 3 Seneca Rd, Seneca Falls, NY. Howe complained of injuries to her back and neck and she was transported by North Seneca Ambulance to Geneva General Hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported at this time and no damage was sustained to either vehicle. No tickets were issued at this time to either driver.
