On 01-16-09 at approx. 9:15 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested Danielle E. Meyer, age 22 from 55 Bridge Street Apt#2 Seneca Falls for Conspiracy 6th. The arrest stems from an anonymous phone call reporting that Meyer’s was at her apartment with a subject that has a active stay away order of protection against her. Seneca Falls Police responded to Meyer’s apartment and was unable to get anyone to come to the front door. Once Police cleared 55 Bridge Street the anonymous person called again stating that a male just jumped out a second story window and ran through the back yard. Police responded back and began checking the area. A short time later Officers located Meyer standing out in front of her apartment. Further interview with Meyer proved that she was in her apartment with a Robert J. Stevens who has an active stay away order of protection to stay away from Meyer. The investigation also showed that Stevens and Meyer planned this meeting earlier in the day on the telephone. Meyer was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on January 29th, 2009 at 10:00 AM.On 01-16-09 at approx. 11:30 PM Seneca Falls Police also arrested Robert J. Stevens, age 36 from 55 West Bayard Street room # 9 Seneca Falls for Criminal Contempt 1st a class E Felony. The arrest stems from the above incident where Stevens jumped out a second story window and then ran from Police in an attempt from being detected at Meyer’s apartment. Stevens was located a short time later at his residence and arrested without further incident. Stevens was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney and committed to the S.C.C.F. on $2,500 cash or $5,000 Ins Bond. A Felony Hearing is scheduled for January 22nd, 2009 at 9:00 AM.
