Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, that Sheriff Deputies arrested Robert J. Whitton Jr age 28 of1060 Wiley Road Savannah for Criminal Contempt 1st and Aggravated Harassment 2nd. It is alledged that during the month of November 2008 he called a Town of Seneca Falls resident and made physical threats of violence which is prohibited by court order. Whitton was arraigned before Town of Tyre Justice Jans-Duffy and released to reappear on January 21st at 7 p.m.
