The Waterloo Police Department arrested a 16 year old who’s name is being held do to his age for Petit Larceny. It is alleged that he stole a pack of cookies from a Village of Waterloo Business. He was issued an Appearance Ticket and was released to his mother. He is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon on January 21, 2009 to answer the charge.
