Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Deputies arrested Andrew J. Ginter, 54, of 5630 Route 96 Apt. 3 in Romulus, on charges of Trespass, Operating with a Suspended Registration, Operating without Insurance, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, and Improper Plates. The charges stem from an incident where Ginter allegedly went to a Town of Romulus business after being warned to stay away from the property. Deputies located Ginter approximately 30 minutes later in the Village of Ovid and found the vehicle he was operating had switched plates, no inspection, a suspended registration, and no insurance.
