Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Deputies arrested Joshua P. Werner, age 19, of 4719 East Lake Road in the Town of Varick. Werner was charged with Petit Larceny after allegedly stealing $10 from a Town of Ovid business. Werner was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Ovid Court and is to appear on January 26th 2009 to answer the charge
