Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, that Deputies arrested Danielle M. Menio, 26, of 71 Ovid St. apt. B, Seneca Falls NY on one count of Forgery in the 2nd degree(class D felony). Deputies said that in the afternoon of December 1st,2008 while on Fall St. in the Village of Seneca Falls Menio forged a prescription written by a local doctor. Deputies said that Menio changed the quantity of the prescription to try to obtain more tablets of a controlled substance than what was origionally prescribed. Menio was arragned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Justice Mahoney. Menio was released on her own recognizance and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on January 14th,2008.
