Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested William H. Merrill IV, age 32 of 5513 Kathan Dr. Brewerton, NY 13029. Merrill was taken into custody at the Seneca County Courthouse on a warrant issued out of Waterloo Town Court for Aggravated Harassment. The charge stems from several incidents in which Merrill alledgedly left threatening phone messages on an answering machine directed to a Town of Waterloo resident. Merril was arraigned before Waterloo Town Justice Marsh at which time he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 secured bond. Merrill is scheduled to re-appear in Waterloo Town Court on January 9th 2009 to answer the charge. A Class A order of protection was also issued for the victim.
