Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, that Sheriff Deputies responded to State Route 89 in the Town of Ovid for a report of personal injury auto accident. When Sheriff Deputies arrived there was a vehicle being operated by Dana M. Finegan age 26 C 26 Standart Woods Auburn facing south in the north bound lane. Finegan slid on the snow covered road and struck a guard rail on the west side of the road then crossed over the center line and struck a second guard rail. Finegan had minor injuries and was going to seek medical treatment on her own. The vehicle was able to be driven and there were no tickets issued.
