Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Deputies arrested Joseph K. Creswell, 36, of 5331 Cold Springs Road in Trumansburg, on charges of Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, Harassment in the second degree, and Trespass. It is alleged that Creswell went to a residence in the Town of Lodi in the early morning hours of 12-04-08 and threatened a Town of Lodi resident. While at the residence, Creswell caused damaged to the victim’s lawn with his vehicle. Creswell was arraigned in the Ovid Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash bail/$1,000 secured bond. Creswell is to reappear in the Lodi Town Court on December 10th, 2008 at 1pm.
