Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a personal injury motor vehicle accident on State Route 318 in the Town of Junius. Sheriff’s Deputies state that a vehicle operated by Nicole A. Acquilano, age 27, of 71 Wadsworth St. Geneva, collided with a second vehicle operated by Wilma C. Phillips, age 60, of 99 Genesee St. Geneva. Both Acquilano and Phillips were transported to Geneva General Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance with minor injuries and released. Junius Fire Department also assisted at the scene. Acquilano was issued a traffic ticket for failure to yield the right of way.
