State Police, Waterloo, NY, report the arrest of person following an investigation into a report of a person submitting false business records to her employer.Wendy E. Bailey, Age 38, of 116 East Main St. Waterloo, NY was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny 3rd (Class D Felony) and Falsifying Business Records 2nd (Class E Misdemeanor). Bailey is accused of submitting false time sheets to Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities Services Office.Whitcomb was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court in front of Town Justice Marsh. Bailey was released on pre-trial release and is to reappear in the Town of Ovid court on 12/01/08.
