On 11-18-08 at approx. 6:20 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested Bryan J. Kines, age 20 from 58 1/2 Inslee Street Apt#2 Waterloo, NY for two counts of Reckless Endangerment 2nd; Endangering the Welfare of a Minor; and Criminal Contempt 2nd. The arrest stems from an incident on November 13th, 2008 where Seneca Falls Police were dispatched to Hunter Run Town Homes, located at 25 Peterman Road in Seneca Falls. Once Police arrived it was reported that Bryan J. Kines drove his vehicle through the courtyard of the apartments at a high rate of speed chasing after another subject that resides at the complex. It is alleged that when Kines drove through the courtyard of the complex a mother walking with her two year old child had to run out of harms way in order to avoid being struck by the vehicle Kines was operating. Upon further investigation it was also found that Kines violated an active stay away order of protection that prevented him from going to Hunter Run Town Homes due to the fact that it is a place of employement for a subject that is the protected party against Kines. Kines was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney and paid a cash bail of $10,000. Kines is scheduled to reappear on December 10th, 2008 at 9:00 AM.
