Seneca Sheriff Deputies responded to a one car personal injury accident that occurred on Burgess Rd in the Town of Waterloo on 11-18-2008. Deputies report that Paul J. Deal age 16 of 1972 ST RT 318 in the Town of Tyre was traveling south bound on Burgess Rd in a 1997 Chevrolet Suburban when he lost control of his vehicle as he was coming around a corner due to icy road conditions and entered into a deep ditch on the eastside of the roadway causing the vehicle to overturn onto its side. Deal suffered minor injuries and was released at the scene. Responding to the scene was Waterloo Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance. Deal was issued a ticket for unsafe speed for special traffic hazard and will appear in the Town of Waterloo Court to answer the charge.
