DWI, Cocaine Arrest in Seneca Falls – FingerLakes1.com Archive

The New York State Police, Waterloo, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, report the arrest of JOSEPH S. OHALLORAN, age 27, DOB-08/04/1981 of 3221 Rambler Road, Seneca Falls NY. OHALLORAN was arrested on November 6, 2008 at 12:53AM following a traffic stop on State Route 89 in the Town of Seneca Falls. OHALLORAN was found to be operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. OHALLORAN was also found to be in possession of cocaine as well as other drug related items. OHALLORAN is charged with one count each of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd, a B Felony, Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. OHALLORAN was arraigned before Seneca Falls Town Justice Mahoney and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash / $20,000 bond. OHALLORAN is scheduled to reappear on November 12, 2008 in the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
